Payments

In the elastoring.eu online store, Customers can choose from the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer – available for all Customers. Transfers can be made in the currencies supported by the store.
• Online payment – via secure payment service providers such as PayU, Revolut, or PayPal.
• Cash on delivery – available only for shipments within Poland.

The Customer is required to complete the payment within 3 calendar days from the date of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
For online payments, order processing begins after the Seller receives confirmation of successful payment authorization from the payment operator.

The currency of the payment is automatically determined based on the country of delivery or may be selected manually by the Customer from the available currencies (including PLN, EUR, HUF, CZK, GBP).

Each purchase is documented with proof of payment:

• Customers in Poland receive a fiscal receipt or, upon request, a VAT invoice.
• International Customers receive a VAT invoice issued in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

All transactions are processed through secure SSL-encrypted connections. The store does not store credit or debit card information.
