Time Limit for Withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.

Return Shipping Costs
The Customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The consumer also covers any direct costs associated with the return, such as packaging, securing, and shipping the product back to the Seller.
Additional Information
- In accordance with Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing any reason and without incurring costs, except for the cost of returning the goods to the Seller’s address.
- The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from using them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer or a third party indicated by them (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
- The withdrawal statement may be submitted:
- in writing to the postal address of the Seller, or
- electronically to the e-mail address: biuro@elastoring.eu.
To simplify the process, the Seller provides a sample withdrawal form (Annex No. 2 to the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
- The consumer must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day of submitting the withdrawal statement.
The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires. - The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, provided that the Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or the consumer has provided proof of return.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless another method is expressly agreed upon that does not involve any additional costs for the consumer.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:
- goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
- goods that have been opened or used and cannot be resold as new,
- goods that, for hygienic or technical reasons, cannot be returned once opened.
Returns from Business Customers (B2B)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by business customers (B2B), unless the entrepreneur qualifies as a consumer under Polish law (Article 38a of the Consumer Rights Act).
