Seal for screw compressor module shaft CDLCCW 49x70x10 PTFE

The CDLCCW shaft seal is designed for use on the drive shafts of screw compressor modules. It is a double-lip rotary shaft seal with a counter-clockwise (CCW) construction, meaning it is specifically designed for shafts rotating in the direction opposite to clockwise rotation. The direction of twist is functionally significant – using a seal with an incorrect rotation direction may result in leakage or accelerated wear.

The sealing lips are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which offers very low friction and chemical resistance to oils, compressed air, condensates, and other media commonly found in compressor systems. The outer casing is manufactured from stainless steel grade 304, providing corrosion resistance and dimensional stability for press-fit installation into the housing bore.
