Piston seal PSQ 100x84,5x6,3

Piston seal PSQ 100x84.5x6.3 (code: PSQ 1000 0845 063 DN) designed for double-acting hydraulic cylinders.

Construction:

• sliding ring made of polyurethane D0 (TPU 98 ShA),

• rubber o-ring made of NBR.

Working principle:

• The NBR o-ring expands the sliding ring, pressing it against the cylinder bore.

• With its symmetrical profile and two sealing lips, the seal ensures tightness in both piston movement directions.

Material and operating data:

• Polyurethane D0 – hardness 98 ShA: excellent wear resistance, very low compression set.

• NBR o-ring: resistant to hydraulic oils and mineral lubricants.

• Temperature range: –30°C to +100°C (peaks up to +110°C).

• Working pressure: up to 400 bar.

• Speed: up to 0.5 m/s.
