Rod seal K33 37x47x8

The K33-037 PU is a single-acting rod seal designed for hydraulic cylinders. The K33 profile features an asymmetric lip arrangement in which the inner sealing lip is shorter than the outer lip. An additional secondary sealing lip, positioned on the wiper side, helps prevent the ingress of dirt particles into the hydraulic system. The seal is installed in a closed groove in the cylinder housing and operates directly against the rod surface.

The seal is made from thermoplastic polyurethane (PU, material code PU9401), offering good abrasion resistance and compatibility with mineral oils as well as HFA and HFC fire-resistant fluids. The profile is rated for single-acting applications at pressures up to 400 bar, temperatures from −30°C to +100°C, and rod speeds up to 0.5 m/s.
