Rod seal RSB 22x30x5,5 PU

RSB Ring is a seal for a single-acting hydraulic cylinder piston, which on the dynamic side presents a multifunctional double lip.

Product advantages:

• reduces the "stick-slip" effect by keeping oil between the additional lip and the main lip
• stops all external contaminants
• reduces material shrinkage at low temperatures
• acts as a stabilizer

The selection of these sealing elements is based on dimensions: inner diameter 22 mm, outer diameter 30 mm, seal height 5.5 mm.

Remember that the groove width for these rings is slightly wider than the seal height.

The sealing material is C0 type Polyurethane (hardness 93 Shore-A), which is characterized by exceptional properties in terms of compression resistance, abrasion and hydrolysis compared to conventional polyester-based TPU.

Operating temperature -35°C...+100°C, short-term up to +110°C.
