Static seal SSA 110x100,8x9,7 [2ESSA368]

Static seal ring SSA 110x100.8x9.7 (code: 2ESSA368 / SSA 1100 1008 097 C0), also referred to as Dualseal, is designed for hydraulic and pneumatic systems as a static sealing element.

Material:
Made of TPU – C0 compound (Caprolactone-based thermoplastic polyurethane), offering:

• excellent abrasion and wear resistance,

• very good compression set resistance,

• stability in contact with hydraulic oils and lubricants,

• operating temperature range: –35°C to +110°C.

Appearance and working principle:

• The SSA profile has four sealing lips – two on the outside and two on the inside.

• This geometry provides a double sealing effect (Dualseal), ensuring enhanced sealing reliability.

• Once installed in the groove, the elasticity of the material guarantees constant contact with the surfaces.

• Commonly used in valve blocks, couplings, covers, and screw connections.
