Static seal SSA 125x116,4x9 [2ESSA385]

Static seal ring SSA 125x116.4x9 (code: 2ESSA385 / SSA 1250 1164 090 C0), also commonly referred to as Dualseal, is used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems for static sealing applications.

Material:
Made of TPU – C0 compound (Caprolactone-based thermoplastic polyurethane), which provides:

• high resistance to wear and abrasion,

• very good compression set resistance,

• compatibility with hydraulic oils and lubricants,

• operating temperature range: –35°C to +110°C.

Appearance and working principle:

• The SSA profile has four sealing lips – two on the outer side and two on the inner side.

• This design ensures a double sealing effect (Dualseal), increasing sealing reliability in static applications.

• When mounted in the groove, the material’s elasticity ensures continuous contact with the sealing surfaces.

• Commonly used in valve blocks, couplings, covers, and screw connections.
