The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working elements of hydraulic cylinders.

It is most commonly mounted on pins or bolts in the lugs of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from reaching the lubricated area.

Structure and Functionality:

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel case ensuring rigidity and secure fitting in the housing.

The Z-07 type design allows for the scraper to be driven into the housing, which guarantees stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibrations.

During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the sleeves and grease inside from degradation.

Application:
