The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as a safeguard against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working components. It is most commonly mounted on pins or journals in cylinder eyes, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing that ensures rigidity and secure retention in the housing. The Z-07 design allows for the scraper to be embedded in the structure, guaranteeing stable mounting even under conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and lubricant inside from degradation.

Applications include pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders and cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery. It is ideal for mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
