The Z-07 scraper ring is an indispensable component for preventing the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working elements. It is most commonly mounted on the pins or pivots in the eyes of cylinders, where it effectively prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Construction and operation:

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance. Mounted in a steel casing, it ensures rigidity and secure retention in the slot. The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be driven into the housing, guaranteeing stable mounting even in conditions of high dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.
