The Z-07 type scraper ring is an element used to protect against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the working parts of hydraulic cylinders.

It is most commonly used on pins or joints in the eyes of cylinders, effectively preventing dirt from entering the lubrication area.

Construction and operation:

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU), which is characterized by high abrasion resistance. To ensure stability and secure seating in the housing, the scraper is placed in a steel casing.

The Z-07 type design allows the scraper to be mounted in the housing, providing stable fastening even under difficult conditions such as high dust or vibrations.

During operation, it effectively removes contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the sleeves and lubricant inside from degradation.
