The Z-07 type scraper ring is a specialist sealing component that protects against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly used on pins or pivots located in cylinder eyes. Its main function is to prevent dirt from entering the lubricating space.

Construction and operation:

The Z-07 scraper is made from wear-resistant polyurethane (PU) and features a steel casing. This construction ensures the rigidity and secure holding of the scraper in its housing. The Z-07 design allows for the scraper to be mounted by pressing it into the housing. This solution provides stable mounting even in conditions of high dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively removes debris from the moving surface, thus protecting the bushings and lubricant from degradation.

• Application: pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, and mechanisms lubricated with greases, exposed to mud and dust.
