Wiper Z-07 38,1x50,8x6,35 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is most often mounted on pins or journals in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication area.

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing providing rigidity and secure fitting in the housing. The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be driven into the housing, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of high dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" debris from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal grease from degradation.

Application:

• cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machines,
• mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
