Wiper Z-07 38,1x57,15x9,5 PU+Stal IVORY

The Z-07 sealing ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the working elements of hydraulic cylinders.

It is most commonly installed on pins or trunnions in the lugs of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricating space.

Construction and operation:

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing providing rigidity and secure retention in the housing.

The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be driven into the assembly, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration.

During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting sleeves and internal grease from degradation.

Application:

• Hydraulic cylinder pins and hinges,
• Cylinder lugs in construction and agricultural machinery,
• Mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
