Wiper Z-07 45x55x5 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working parts. It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in the ears of the cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated space.

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing ensuring stiffness and reliable retention in the housing. The Z-07 design allows for the wiper to be inserted into the enclosure, guaranteeing stable mounting even under conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively wipes dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal grease from degradation.
