Wiper Z-07 60x75x5 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or pivots in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Structure and operation:
The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, seated in a steel casing that ensures rigidity and secure fitting in the housing. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be driven into the structure, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "wipes" contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal grease from degradation.
