Wiper Z-07 60x75x7,5 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or journals in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel housing that ensures rigidity and secure fitting in the socket. The Z-07 design allows for the wiper to be driven into the housing, guaranteeing stable mounting even in conditions of high dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "wipes" contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the sleeves and grease inside from degradation.

Applications include pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, and mechanisms lubricated with grease, exposed to mud and dust.

The materials used for production are polyurethane (PU) for the working part and a steel housing.
