Wiper Z-07 70x84x8 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working elements. It is most commonly mounted on pins or pivots in cylinder eyes, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication area.

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel case ensuring rigidity and secure holding in the housing. The Z-07 design allows for the wiper to be driven into the construction, guaranteeing stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "wipes" away dirt from the moving surface, protecting bushings and internal grease from degradation.

Applications include pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders and cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, as well as mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
