Wiper Z-07 80x100x10 PU+Stal IVORY

The Z-07 wiper ring is used to protect the interior of hydraulic cylinder components from contaminants, mud, and moisture. It is usually installed on pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, where it effectively prevents dirt from entering the lubricated space.

Construction and operation:
The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU), which is highly abrasion-resistant. Mounted in a steel casing, it ensures rigidity and secure retention in the housing. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be embedded in the structure, ensuring stable mounting in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively wipes dirt off the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.
