The Z-07 scraper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the working elements of hydraulic cylinders.

It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in cylinder eyes, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated areas.

Construction and operation:

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, embedded in a steel housing that ensures rigidity and secure retention in the socket.

The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be driven into the structure, guaranteeing stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration.

During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal grease from degradation.
