Wiper Z-07 90x110x8 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or pivots in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricating space.

Construction and Operation:
The scraper is made of high abrasion-resistant polyurethane (PU), housed in a steel casing that ensures rigidity and a secure hold in the socket. The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be embedded in the housing, guaranteeing stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal lubricant from degradation.
