Grease HYVA 100.01.030

HYVA Assembly Grease 100.01.030 (Packset-grease) is a lubricant intended for protecting and lubricating working surfaces during the installation of seal packs in hydraulic power cylinders. This is an original HYVA product, supplied in an 80 ml container.

The grease formulation is based on hydrodesulfurized heavy petroleum naphtha, which forms a protective film on components during assembly. The distinctive red colour allows easy visual inspection of coverage — confirming that the entire required surface has been evenly coated before final assembly.

The product can be applied with a brush or spray gun. It is fully soluble in hydraulic oil, meaning that any residue entering the hydraulic system will not contaminate it or clog filters.

The grease is applied to surfaces beneath seals, wiper rings, and wear rings immediately before installation. It reduces friction during fitting of sealing elements, minimising the risk of mechanical damage during assembly. It also provides corrosion protection during storage of assembled components.
