Wiper ring type Z-07 is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most often mounted on pins or axles in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from reaching the lubricated space.

Construction and operation:

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, housed in a steel casing that provides rigidity and secure retention in the recess.

The Z-07 type construction allows the wiper to be driven into the housing, ensuring stable fastening even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "wipes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.
