Wiper Z-07 100x116x8 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or shafts in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Construction and function:
The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing that ensures rigidity and secure seating in the housing. The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be embedded in the structure, guaranteeing stable mounting even under conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting bushes and internal grease from degradation.

- cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery,
- mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
