The Z-07 scraper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricating space.

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, housed in a steel casing that ensures rigidity and secure holding in the socket. The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be driven into the assembly, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of high dust levels and vibration. During operation, it effectively scrapes dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and lubricant inside from degradation.
