WIPER Z-07 115x130x8 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working components.

It is most commonly mounted on pins or axles in the cylinder eyes, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated space.

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU), set in a steel casing that ensures rigidity and secure retention in the housing.

The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be embedded into the assembly, ensuring stable mounting even in heavy dust and vibration conditions.

During operation, it effectively "wipes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushes and grease inside from degradation.

Applications include pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, and mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
