The Z-07 wiper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly installed on the pins or shafts in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Construction and operation:

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel frame ensuring rigidity and a secure fit in the slot. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be driven into the housing, guaranteeing stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibrations. During operation, it effectively “wipes” dirt from the moving surface, protecting sleeves and the grease inside from degradation.
