The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinder working elements. It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel housing that ensures rigidity and secure fit in the socket. The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be driven into the assembly, guaranteeing stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibrations. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal grease from degradation.

The application of the ring includes pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, and mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.

The material of the working part is polyurethane (PU), and the housing is made of steel.
