Wiper Z-07 25,4x38,1x8 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on the pins or pivots in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication area.

Construction and Operation:
The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing that provides stiffness and secure retention in the housing.
The Z-07 type construction allows the wiper to be embedded in the assembly, guaranteeing stable mounting even under heavy dust and vibration conditions.
During operation, it effectively "scrapes" contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and lubricant inside from degradation.

Application:
pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders,
cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery,
mechanisms lubricated with grease, exposed to mud and dust.
