Product: Scraper Ring Z-07 38.1x50.8x7.93 PU+Steel.

The Z-07 type scraper ring is used to protect against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is mainly used on pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, effectively preventing dirt from entering the lubricated area.

The scraper, made from wear-resistant polyurethane (PU), is set in a steel casing, ensuring its rigidity and stable placement in the housing. The Z-07 construction allows the scraper to be inserted into the assembly, guaranteeing stable mounting even under heavy contamination and vibrations. During operation, the ring effectively scrapes dirt from the moving surface, protecting the sleeves and internal lubricant from degradation.
