Wiper Z-07 45x55x4 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic actuator working elements. It is most commonly mounted on pins or shafts in actuator eyes, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated space.

The wiper is made of high abrasion-resistant polyurethane (PU), set in a steel housing that ensures rigidity and secure seating in the slot. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be driven into the housing, guaranteeing stable mounting even under conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "wipes" contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the bushing and internal lubricant from degradation.
