Wiper Z-07 50x62x7 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most often mounted on pins or shafts in the cylinder eyes, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated space.

Construction and operation:

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel housing ensuring rigidity and secure grip in the slot. The Z-07 type design allows for the wiper to be embedded in the structure, ensuring stable mounting even under strong dust and vibration conditions. During operation, it effectively "wipes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the sleeves and internal grease from degradation.
