The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in the lugs of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricating space.

Construction and operation:
The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, mounted in a steel casing that provides stiffness and secure holding in the socket.
The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be hammered into the housing, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration.
During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushes and grease inside from degradation.
