The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or pivot points in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Construction and operation:

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high wear resistance, set in a steel casing that ensures rigidity and secure holding in the socket. The Z-07 design allows for the scraper to be driven into the housing, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. In operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushing and grease inside from degradation.
