Wiper Z-07 63x78x7,5 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or pivots in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated area.

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing that provides rigidity and secure seating in the housing. The Z-07 design allows for the wiper to be driven into the assembly, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the sleeves and lubricant inside from degradation.
