The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the interior of working elements of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication area.

Construction and operation: The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel housing that ensures stiffness and secure holding in the socket. The Z-07 type design allows the wiper to be driven into the assembly, guaranteeing stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "wipes" contaminants from the moving surface, protecting bushings and grease inside from degradation.
