The Z-07 scrapper ring is used as protection against the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the working parts of hydraulic cylinder components. It is most commonly mounted on pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, where it effectively prevents dirt from entering the lubricated area.

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU), a material characterized by high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing. This construction ensures the rigidity and secure holding of the ring in its housing. The Z-07 design allows for easy insertion of the scraper into the assembly, guaranteeing stable mounting even in difficult conditions such as heavy dust and vibrations. During operation, it effectively removes dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and lubricant from degradation.

Applications include hydraulic cylinder pins and hinges, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, as well as mechanisms lubricated with solid grease that are exposed to mud and dust.
