The Z-07 scraper ring is used to prevent the ingress of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. It is typically mounted on pins or pivot points in the eyes of the cylinders, where it effectively prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Construction and operation:

The scraper is made of wear-resistant polyurethane (PU), set in a steel housing that provides rigidity and secure retention in the socket. The Z-07 design allows for stable fastening, even under high dust levels and vibrations. During operation, it effectively "scrapes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and lubricant from degradation.

Applications include pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, and mechanisms lubricated with solid grease exposed to mud and dust.
