Wiper Z-07 90x105x5 PU+Stal IVORY

The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly installed on pins or pivots in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubrication space.

Construction and operation:
The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing that ensures rigidity and secure holding in the socket.
The Z-07 construction allows the scraper to be embedded in the housing, providing stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibrations.
During operation, it effectively "scrapes" contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the sleeves and internal grease from degradation.

Applications:
- pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders,
- cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery,
- mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
