Wheel hub oil seal 100x129,85x12,5/14 RWDR K7 NBR

The hub seal from the renowned Italian manufacturer Corteco, part of the Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) group, is a highly specialized shaft sealing ring, designed to work in exceptionally difficult environmental conditions, where there is a lot of dust and a risk of heavy contamination.

Construction and operation principle

Double clamp: The seal consists of an inner clamp pressed onto the shaft, which serves as a raceway for the cooperating outer clamp.

Labyrinth system: The integrated labyrinth seal lip system effectively stops:
-external contaminants (dust, mud, sand, shavings),
-grease leakage outside – maintaining its proper level inside the system.

No shaft machining: The innovative design eliminates the need for hardening or grinding the shaft surface, which significantly simplifies and speeds up the assembly process.

Application

The product is used in, among others:

• hubs of excavators and construction machines,

• devices exposed to intensive contact with mud, water, dust and aggressive particles.
