Rod seal K22 10x18x5,5 PU

The K22 rod seal is a single-acting hydraulic rod sealing element designed for installation in the rod groove of hydraulic cylinders. The seal features an asymmetric dual-lip profile: the inner (dynamic) lip is shorter and oriented toward the rod surface, while the outer (static) lip is longer and seats against the groove base. This geometry ensures reliable static and dynamic sealing during reciprocating rod motion. Both lips are angled at 20°, and all edges are rounded and free of burrs in accordance with the manufacturer's specification.

The seal is manufactured from PU9201 polyurethane at 92 Shore A hardness, offering good abrasion resistance and mechanical strength under standard hydraulic operating conditions. K22 rod seals are used in construction machinery, forklift trucks, injection moulding machines, agricultural machinery, loading platforms and standard hydraulic cylinders.
