Rod seal RSB 70x80x6 PU

The RSB ring is a rod seal of a single-acting hydraulic cylinder, which on the dynamic side presents a multifunctional double lip.

Product advantages:

• reduces stick-slip effects thanks because it keeps oil between the secondary lip and the main one
• stops any external impurities
• faces the material shrinkage at low temperatures
• acts as a stabilizer

The selection of these sealing elements takes place by means of dimensions: inside diameter 70 mm, outer diameter 80 mm, sealing height 6 mm. It should be remembered that the width of the groove for these rings is slightly wider than the height of the gasket.

The sealing material is Polyurethane C0 (93 Shore-A hardness), which is characterized by exceptional properties in terms of resistance to compression, abrasion and hydrolysis compared to conventional TPU based on polyester. Working temperature -35°C ... + 100°C, short-term up to + 110°C.
