The U Ring RSD 12x19x5 PU [2ERSD025] is a double-lip sealing ring, made of C0 polyurethane by the renowned Italian manufacturer Artic Seals. It has been designed for use in hydraulic cylinders. Technical data:

Linear speed: up to 0.5 m/s
Temperature range: from -35°C to +100°C (temporarily up to 110°C)
Hardness: 93 Shore A ±2
Material: C0 polyurethane with high resistance to wear and low permanent deformation

The U Ring RSD 12x19x5 PU [2ERSD025] is characterized by the elasticity of the material, which presses both lips against the cooperating surface. An additional lip stabilizes the seal and protects against external contamination. The design prevents the stick-slip effect and supports the seal's operation at low temperatures.
