Static seal SSA 81x74,8x6 [2ESSA618]

Static seal ring SSA 81x74.8x6 (code: 2ESSA618 / SSA 0810 0748 060 C0), also commonly referred to as Dualseal, is used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems as a static sealing element.

Material:
The ring is made of TPU – C0 compound (Caprolactone-based thermoplastic polyurethane), providing:

• high abrasion and wear resistance,

• excellent compression set resistance,

• compatibility with hydraulic oils and lubricants,

• operating temperature range: –35°C to +110°C.

Appearance and working principle:

• The SSA profile features four sealing lips – two convex lips on the outside and two on the inside.

• This geometry provides a double sealing effect, ensuring reliable static sealing.

• Once installed into a groove, the material’s elasticity ensures tight contact with the sealed surfaces.

• Typically used in valve blocks, couplings, covers, and screw connections in hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
