The K06 wiper seal is designed to protect the internal components of hydraulic systems from external contamination. Installed in the cylinder gland, it efficiently removes dust, dirt, mud, and moisture from the rod surface during its retraction phase, thereby preventing abrasive damage to the primary seals and extending the operating lifecycle of the cylinder.

The geometric profile of the K06 features a single-acting design with a flexible wiping lip. It is engineered for installation in standard semi-open housing grooves. This component is molded from high-grade Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) with a hardness rating of 90 Shore A, ensuring geometric stability, low stick-slip behavior, and continuous contact pressure against the moving rod. The elastomer compound offers chemical resistance to standard mineral oils, greases, and petroleum-based hydraulic fluids.
