Wiper Z-07 101,6x127x12,7 PU+Stal

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or pivots in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated area.

The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel casing that provides rigidity and secure retention in the housing.

The Z-07 design allows for the wiper to be pressed into the assembly, ensuring stable mounting even in conditions of heavy dust and vibrations.

During operation, it effectively "wipes" dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and internal lubricant from degradation.

Applications include pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, as well as mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
