Description

The Z-07 type wiper ring is used as a protection against the penetration of contaminants, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. It is most commonly mounted on pins or hinges in the lugs of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricated space.

Construction and operation: The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel housing that ensures rigidity and secure fitting in the socket. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be driven into the assembly, guaranteeing stable fastening even in conditions of intense dust and vibration. During operation, it effectively "wipes" contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.

Application: pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder lugs in construction and agricultural machinery, mechanisms lubricated with solid grease, exposed to mud and dust.
