The Z-07 scraper ring is designed to protect against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the interior of the working components of hydraulic cylinders. It is most often mounted on pins or shafts in the eyes of cylinders, where it effectively blocks dirt from entering the lubricated space.

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU), which is characterized by wear resistance, and the whole is placed in a steel casing, ensuring rigidity and stability in the housing. The Z-07 design allows the scraper to be driven into the housing, providing stable mounting even in dusty and high-vibration environments. During operation, the ring effectively removes contaminants from the moving surface, protecting the bushes and grease inside from degradation.
