The Z-07 type scraper ring is used as a protection against the ingress of dirt, mud, and moisture into the interior of hydraulic cylinders' working components. It is most commonly mounted on the pins or trunnions in the eyes of cylinders, where it prevents dirt from entering the lubricating space.

Design and operation:

The scraper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, set in a steel housing that ensures rigidity and secure holding in the slot.

The Z-07 design allows for the scraper to be embedded into the construction, ensuring stable attachment even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration.

During operation, it effectively 'scrapes' dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and grease inside from degradation.
